Description
This was carved and gifted to her Majesty of the Middle Kingdom at this years Pennsic War 39.
It has an unfortunate fissure in the material, but is a stable crack. Other then the Fissure its one of my nicest carving of late, there is a lot of detail within it. The Rose and the Lion are undercut very deeply to make it look like the lion is laying on the rose itself.
